Challenges for companies that want to send and receive PEPPOL business documents
Documents must be converted into a specific format (link to formats).
Customers and suppliers must be assigned a PEPPOL ID, for example: in Germany this is the Leitweg ID, in Belgium it is the VAT number (or company registration number) used as the PEPPOL participant identifier.
Sending and receiving documents occurs via a so-called PEPPOL Access Point, which is ideally integrated into the company’s own ERP system.

- INOSYS is a PEPPOL SMP and provides information about recipients and senders.
- INOSYS offers an API that can be integrated into your ERP system. Documentation is available upon request.
- INOSYS has already fully integrated the API for sending and receiving messages into INOSYS Solutions. Companies that, for example, use our INOSYS Inland Barging only need access.
- For JobRouter® customers or JobRouter® partners, INOSYS provides a system activity (link to the Marketplace) to manage PEPPOL sending and receiving.
- The entire process is proactively monitored by INOSYS. Sending and receiving is documented and automatically made available to companies.
